Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel location to be very convenient, close to the town center and shops, although the rooms were a bit outdated and in need of repairs. The friendly service and good food definitely made up for it. It was a bit disappointing that the sound system needed an upgrade, but overall I had a comfortable stay at a fair price.
My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, despite some insect issues, were comfortable and had a nice big bath, and the staff were simply amazing. However, the noise from the pub below playing loud music until late was a downside.
The hotel is situated near Kilmarnock town centre, which was excellent for my bus connections. The rooms, although basic, offer good value for money. The staff, especially Emily & Kirsty, were kind and helpful. The dining experience was excellent, especially the full English Breakfast. However, the hotel needs an upgrade for its sound system. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
